Our Limited Edition Apparel is Made-To-Order and ships upon production completion, details below.
Please note, any items purchased along with 'Made-To-Order' such a magazines will be parceled together. If you are ordering items from different productions, please note your orders will be held over and packaged together.

Please note our apparel is made-to-order. There items are Limited Edition bespoke creations, made specifically to the colour ways and sizes you choose from our selection. They go into production after the order deadline listed beside each product. As they aren't off-the-shelf garments, dates listed on each page are estimated for both production and shipping commencement. Upon placing your order you will receive an automated email - this alerts us to your order and we will fulfill orders as soon as they go into shipping stages - please don't worry, it doesn't mean your order has been missed. Approximate turn around timeframes are eight to twelve weeks.
We recommend prior to ordering, you set up a BLAG account on the site, there you'll be able to keep your contact and mailing information updated.
Shipping Fees and Dates
When ordering with PayPal Express, you are first taken to the PayPal page. This is where PayPal input your credit card information. Once PayPal receives your billing address, they send that to Shopify in order for them to calculate which rates are applicable, this will occur if you are choosing signed for shipping.
Please strictly use your full name and full address and please make sure the information matches that on your debit/credit or PayPal account.
Please note, we reserve the right for dates to change subject to director's schedules, production and / or freight hold ups given the bespoke nature of our service. Please first register an account with BLAG. You can change your order via your account, just cancel and reorder, if you need to alter size, colour or quantity. Please do so within 48 hours of your order and at least 48 hours before the stated order deadline.
Magazines are shipped within 10-14 days of order, as rare back issues are stored in the warehouse.
Untracked. When your parcel arrives in your country, it will be passed into your local postal network and be delivered according to their standard delivery procedures. We are unable to guarantee delivery of any untracked items and booking this way is at your own risk.
Signed For / Royal Mail UK £5, Rest of the World £10
Items are delivered by standard Royal Mail or against signature of the recipient or his agent. If you are not available at the time of delivery, a delivery notice is left for future collection at a local post office.
If ordering in Russia, China, Korea, South America, Mexico, we recommend using the Registered Mail option only.
Please note shipping times frames associated with your country are listed in the drop down menu when choosing shipping options. All transit time frames are issued by PO services as an aimed schedule of delivery and may differ. Please note, listed transit times come into effect as soon as shipped has commenced and aren't calculated from the date of purchase. For all other orders, we ship fortnightly. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery maximum before contacting us regarding possible missing items.
We cannot be held responsible for any delays due to postal / courier strikes or third party delays.
Customs & Import Charges
Any customs or import duties are charged once your parcel reaches its destination country. The recipient is responsible for any of these charges. Unfortunately we aren't able to provide these charges, nor do we have any control over them, given that customs policies and import duties vary widely around the world. If you would like to find out ahead of making a purchase, please do contact your local customs office for any current rates to avoid any unexpected charges associated. Thank you.
VERY IMPORTANT: Your Shipping Address
Please make sure to include all address information and do not abbreviate any city, country names or zip/post codes and capiltalise country names etc. We need full addresses to ensure safe delivery including Full name, Building name / number, Street name, Town / City, County / State, Zip and Country.
Please do make sure all addresses are in the correct format for your local postal services and also in English - shipping / postal services are more and more often using machinery that reads zips and addresses on our labels for sorting, any incorrect address information can cause parcels to be lost in transit.

If you have any concerns about your address after placing an order, please just log into your account and update it there.
Please include any brief additional information in the notes section of your order that will help facilitate successful delivery if required, such as 'safe to leave with neighbour', door colour etc... only if you are situated in a hard to find location. Many of the parcels we send out are too big for regular letter boxes, therefore any additional info is of great help, as we want to help our busy shippers get parcels to you safely and in a timely manner. Thank you.
If you feel your parcel should have arrived and it has been fulfilled, please do check in with your local post office if you selected Royal Mail options as they may be holding it there after delivery attempt.
Returns / refunds
Please note we cannot accept returns on magazines nor made-to-order items and don't issue refunds due to apparel being made for you / printed items. However, should you find your purchase faulty, please email photographic evidence in the first instance and we will work out a solution with you. Many thanks.
If we are alerted to any possible fraudulent activity in relation to order payments, we will first try contacting you by phone and if we aren't able to reach you, will fully refund the order. If you do receive a refund, please do place your order again using an alternative payment method. Many thanks.
Please note we reserve the right to discontinue discounts at any time. Only one discount may be applied for per order. We are unable to apply discounts after purchases have been made or on your behalf. Discounts must be submitted at the time of purchase only and entered in the correct box onscreen after the paypal page.
Please Note: Only one limited edition art print card will be sent per customer, per valid order and subject to availability. Thanks.
Our apparel items are packed into limited edition art reusable Tote bags - each tote bag will be filled with your order(s), lessening waste. Our grey mailing envelopes are biodegradable and can be added to your compost.
Contact and Letters
Please contact us here with any enquires important to your order that are not answered above or in the description section of each product. Due to the very high volume of emails received, please allow us at least 10 - 14 working days for a reply, we are a very small team and read emails between 10am and 4pm on working days only when we are not involved in production stages.
To ensure your communications are received, please do contact us by replying to your receipt email only, as opposed to any of our Social Networks, where we cannot guarantee a reply as we are unable to frequently monitor those inboxes / comment boxes. Thanks for your understanding.
